Basically, you'd save any files you wanted (photos, documents) to an external drive, then you'd completely wipe and re-format your hard drive, then re-install your OS from disc. November 1, I'm not a computer expert by any means, but I think you should talk to one and ask about the hard drive wipe option. It's also important to have an antivirus installed on you computer, so that even if you download a bad file you'll have a means to quarantine it and get rid of it before it infects your computer.
